Location

The conference will be held at the Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk Hotel.  This newly-renovated hotel offers superior service, exceptional rooms, fine cuisine and extraordinary surroundings.

Accommodations

Rooms have been set aside at the Hotel for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday nights at a special conference rate of $119 per night with parking and internet included. Educational Sessions

This year's educational program will consist of two general sessions and 21 concurrent sessions.  There will be multiple sets of concurrent sessions over two days featuring experts who share their expertise on the latest topics including:

q       Leading-edge safety and health programs

q       New regulatory and legal standards

q       New practices used by leading companies

 

Vendor Exposition

Pre-Conference Activities

 

A golf tournament is available the Wednesday prior to the conference, a riverboat dinner cruise is available on Thursday night of the conference, and an OSHA general-industry 10-hour certification class is available on Wednesday and Thursday.  See the OSHA 10 Hour application for additional information.

 

Registration

To register, complete the attendee application with check or credit card payment information.  Registration fees are $300 for the full conference ($250 for ASSE members).  This includes all general and educational sessions, program materials, vendor exposition, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks and a full lunch on Thursday and Friday.  Region 4 will confirm your enrollment in the conference and provide additional information on travel, accommodations and final registration.

Policies

 

Access - Region 4 encourages individuals with disabilities to participate in the conference programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact us before the conference.

Refunds - All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Partial (50%) refunds will be made for cancellations received thirty days prior to the first day of the program. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored.  

Change in Venue - Region 4 reserves the right to change the conference venue in the event of an emergency.

Cancellation - Region 4 may cancel or postpone any educational session or activity because of insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If the conference is canceled or postponed, Region 4 will refund registration fees but cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
